Udyam Registration is a new process introduced by the Government of India for MSMEs on July 1, 2020. It was previously known as Udyog Aadhar Registration. This new system simplifies the earlier MSME Registration process.

What is a Udyam Registration Certificate?

The Udyam Registration Certificate serves as proof of registration under MSME. Once you complete all the registration procedures, the Ministry of MSME issues the Udyam Registration Certificate with lifetime validity. This certificate contains a QR code that allows you to easily access the details of the enterprise registered on the Udyam Registration portal.

Process to Print Udyam Registration Certificate

Follow the simple steps below to print your Udyam Registration Certificate:

STEP 1: Visit the Udyam Registration portal.

STEP 2: Click on the "Print Udyam Certificate" option located at the top of the navigation bar.

STEP 3: Enter your 16-digit Udyam Registration Number (URN), Applicant Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID exactly as mentioned on your certificate, then click the "Submit" button.

STEP 4: A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number or email ID.

STEP 5: Share the OTP with our representative for verification and further processing.

STEP 6: The printed Udyam Certificate will be sent to your registered email address within 1–2 working hours.

Note:
If you still have an old Udyog Aadhar certificate, it must be converted to the new Udyam Registration Certificate before 31st March 2021. To update it, simply fill out the form on our Udyam Re-Registration page.
